SEC. 7206. IMMIGRATION SECURITY INITIATIVE.

(b) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Homeland Security to carry out the amendments made by subsection (a)—
(1) $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2005;
(2) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2006; and
(3) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2007.
