SEC. 106. SPECIFIC AUTHORIZATION OF FUNDS FOR INTELLIGENCE OR INTELLIGENCE-RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR WHICH FISCAL YEAR 2004 APPROPRIATIONS EXCEED AMOUNTS AUTHORIZED. Funds appropriated for an intelligence or intelligence-related activity of the United States Government for fiscal year 2004 in excess of the amount specified for such activity in the classified Schedule of Authorizations prepared to accompany the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (Public Law 108-177; 117 Stat. 2599) shall be deemed to be specifically authorized by Congress for purposes of section 504(a)(3) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 414(a)(3)). Such funds shall remain available until September 30, 2005.
