SEC. 802. [50 U.S.C. 3001 note] CONSTRUCTION OF REFERENCES TO DIRECTOR OF CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE. Except as otherwise specifically provided or otherwise provided by context, any reference in this Act, or in the classified annex to accompany this Act, to the Director of Central Intelligence shall be deemed to be a reference to the Director of Central Intelligence as head of the intelligence community.
