11.Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of General Services is authorized to sell by publicly advertising for bids and on such terms and conditions as the Administrator deems proper, the John W. McCormack Post Office and Courthouse located at One Post Office Square in Boston, Massachusetts. All proceeds from such sale, less direct expenses incurred in the sale, shall be deposited into the fund established under section 210(f) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act.
