SEC. 207. [34 U.S.C. 20707] DEFINITIONS. In this title: (1) Severe forms of trafficking in persons.—The term “severe forms of trafficking in persons” has the meaning given the term in section 103(9) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. 7102(8)). (2) Sex trafficking.—The term “sex trafficking” has the meaning given the term in section 103(10) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. 7102(9)). (3) Commercial sex act.—The term “commercial sex act” has the meaning given the term in section 103(4) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. 7102(3)).
