SEC. 408. [18 U.S.C. 2339C note] AMENDMENT TO AMENDATORY LANGUAGE. Section 6604 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 is amended (effective on the date of the enactment of that Act)— (1) by striking “Section 2339c(c)(2)” and inserting “Section 2339C(c)(2)”; and (2) by striking “Section 2339c(e)” and inserting “Section 2339C(e)”.
