AMENDMENTS RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF FEDERAL CRIME OF TERRORISM.

SEC. 112. SECTION 2332b(g)(5)(B) AMENDMENTS RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF FEDERAL CRIME OF TERRORISM. (a) Additional Offenses.—Section 2332b(g)(5)(B) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) in clause (i), by inserting “, 2339D (relating to military-type training from a foreign terrorist organization)” before “, or 2340A”; (2) in clause (ii), by striking “or” after the semicolon; (3) in clause (iii), by striking the period and inserting “; or”; and (4) by inserting after clause (iii) the following: “(iv) section 1010A of the Controlled Substances Import and Export Act (relating to narco-terrorism).” . (b) Clerical Correction.—Section 2332b(g)(5)(B) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting “)” after “2339C (relating to financing of terrorism”.
