SEC. 120. DEFINITION FOR FORFEITURE PROVISIONS UNDER SECTION 806 OF THE USA PATRIOT ACT. Section 981(a)(1)(G) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) in clause (i), by striking “act of international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331)” and inserting “any Federal crime of terrorism (as defined in section 2332b(g)(5))”; (2) in clause (ii), by striking “an act of international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331)” with “any Federal crime of terrorism (as defined in section 2332b(g)(5)”; and (3) in clause (iii), by striking “act of international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331)” and inserting “Federal crime of terrorism (as defined in section 2332b(g)(5))”.
