SEC. 752. DRUG COURTS FUNDING.
Section 1001(25)(A) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 2591(25)(A)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
“(v) $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2006.”
