SEC. 207. SEXUAL ABUSE OF WARDS.
Chapter 109A of title 18, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in section 2243(b), by striking “five years” and inserting “15 years”; and
(2) by inserting a comma after “Attorney General” each place it appears.
