SEC. 605. [34 U.S.C. 11111 note] AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act— (1) $9,000,000 for fiscal year 2007; (2) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2008; (3) $11,500,000 for fiscal year 2009; (4) $13,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; and (5) $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.
