59G-4.127. Florida Assertive Community Treatment Services

(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid Florida Assertive Community Treatment Services to recipients. (2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Florida Assertive Community Treatment Services Policy, December 2023, incorporated by reference.
