61B-45.037. Stenographic Record and Transcript

(1) Any party wishing a stenographic record shall make such arrangements directly with the court reporter and shall notify the other parties of such arrangements in advance of the hearing. The requesting party or parties shall pay the cost of such record. (2) Any party may have a stenographic record and transcript made of the final hearing at the party’s own expense. The record transcript may be used in subsequent legal proceedings subject to the applicable rules of evidence.
