61E14-1.002. Examination for Manager's License

61E14-1.002 Examination for Manager’s License. (1) An examination candidate must achieve a scaled score of 75 or higher in order to achieve a passing grade on the examination. (2) The examination for a community association manager’s license as approved by the Council must test the applicant’s knowledge of the subjects in subsection 61E14-1.001(2), F.A.C., with the corresponding approximate percentages of questions to the examination as a whole.
