61G14-14.0042 Delinquency Fee. Whenever a pilot applies for renewal of a delinquent license or a deputy pilot applies for renewal of a delinquent certificate, the pilot or deputy pilot shall be charged a $25.00 delinquency fee at the time of renewal.
