61G3-21.013 Gross Malpractice or Incompetency Defined. It shall be gross malpractice or incompetency in the practice of barbering for any barber to provide any barber services to the public while under the influence of any intoxicating drugs or alcohol as set out in Section 316.1934, F.S.
