61G5-24.016 Reactivation Fee for Cosmetologists and Specialists. The fee for reactivation of an inactive license or specialty registration shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). Such fee shall be in addition to the biennial renewal fee prescribed in Rule 61G5-24.008, F.A.C.
