61H1-19.010 Criteria for Investigators and Consultants. Except for investigation of non-technical matters, all investigators and consultants hired by the Department who undertake the investigation of certified public accountants shall be active Florida certified public accountants with a minimum of five (5) years of active licensure in the area of public accountancy. Non-technical matters are defined as those not encompassing the technical proficiency of a certified public accountant in the practice of public accountancy.
