61J2-4.009 Incorporation by Reference. All of the provisions and requirements of Rules 61J2-5.014 through 61J2-5.018, F.A.C. shall apply to partnerships and its partners so far as they may be made applicable by reading into them “partnership” for “corporation” and “partners” for “officers” or “directors.”
