62-528.325. Public Meetings for Underground Injection Control

(1) The Department shall hold a public meeting in the area where the injection well is located whenever it finds, on the basis of requests, a significant degree of public interest in a draft permit; (2) The Department shall also hold a public meeting in the area where the injection well is located whenever such a meeting may clarify one or more issues involved in the permit decision; (3) Public notice of the meeting shall be given as specified in Rule 62-528.315, F.A.C.
