CHAPTER 64B10-13 INACTIVE STATUS 64B10-13.009 Licenses of Spouses of Members of Armed Forces 64B10-13.200 Inactive Status and Renewal of Inactive License 64B10-13.009 Licenses of Spouses of Members of Armed Forces. A spouse of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States is exempt from licensure renewal requirements, but only in cases of absence from the state because of his or her spouse’s duties with the Armed Forces.
