64B12-11.008 Initial Active Status License Fee. Persons initially licensed in the first year of a biennial period shall pay the fee established in Rule 64B12-11.003, F.A.C. Those persons initially licensed in the second year of the biennium shall pay one-half the fee established in Rule 64B12-11.003, F.A.C.
