64B12-11.0105 Change of Status Fee. The fee for processing a licensee’s request to change licensure status at any time other than at the beginning of a licensure cycle shall be $50.00. The licensure cycle shall begin 90 days before the biennial renewal date and end on the biennial renewal date.
