Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund moneys allocated to the statewide nonprofit association shall be distributed to rape crisis centers based on the Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund Allocation Formula and Spreadsheet (02/2015), which is incorporated by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-05546.
