64ER21-19. Application Window for the Pigford/BFL Batching Cycle

(1) The definitions stated in Emergency Rule 64ER21-16 apply to this rule. (2) This emergency rule establishes the application window for the Pigford/BFL batching cycle. (3) The application window for the Pigford/BFL batching cycle opens on Monday, March 21, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. The application window closes on Friday, March 25, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. (4) The one available Pigford/BFL license will be issued in the Pigford/BFL batching cycle. (5) Applications for the Pigford/BFL license must be submitted to the department in compliance with Emergency Rule 64ER21-16.
