68B-54.001. Definitions

For the purposes of this chapter, except where the context requires otherwise: (1) “Blue Land Crab” means any crab of the species Cardisoma guanhumi, or any part thereof. (2) “Harvest” means the catching or taking of a blue land crab by any means whatsoever, followed by a reduction of such blue land crab to possession. Rulemaking Authority Art. IV, Sec. 9, Fla. Const.
