The market classification of “Mandarin” shall be interchangeable with “Tangerine” provided: (1) The “Mandarin” shall meet either the “seedless” or “low-seeded” definitions of Rule 20-13.0041, F.A.C. (2) Standards: The standards as set forth in Chapters 20-55, and 20-56, F.A.C., shall be applicable to this fruit.
