69B-221.005. Currently Revoked, Suspended or Denied License

An individual whose bail bond license has been or is revoked, suspended, or denied in this, or any other state may not be employed by, contract with, or provide services to any licensed bail bond agent or managing general agent, except as allowed by Sections 648.387, 648.39, or 648.45, F.S. A licensed bail bond agent or managing general agent that knowingly employs, or contracts with, such an individual shall be deemed to be unfit to carry on the bail bond business.
