69O-203.078. Payment of Prepaid Limited Health Service Organizations and Discount Medical Plan Organization Fees

Payment for any fees collected pursuant to these rules or Chapter 636, F.S., including fees for the filing of each annual report, shall be rendered by check made payable to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation; or, by eCheck or credit card through the secure online portal specified in the invoice.
