29D-6.004. Cost

(1) The Northeast Florida Regional Planning Council shall be reimbursed for actual costs, both direct and indirect, associated with the implementation of this process. (2) The costs of administration, situation assessment, settlement meetings, mediation or advisory arbitration shall be split equally between the parties or according to other agreed upon allocation.
