(1) Wells shall be constructed, repaired, or modified as set forth in this Chapter and Chapter 62-532, F.A.C., which is incorporated by reference in subsection 40B-3.035(3), F.A.C. (2) Potable wells located in delineated areas shall be constructed, repaired, or modified as set forth in this Chapter and Chapter 62-524, F.A.C., which is incorporated by reference in subsection 40B-3.035(4), F.A.C.
