(1) Name of Game. Game Number 1617, BONUS BOX BINGO. (2) Game Number 1617, BONUS BOX BINGO is a Scratch-Off lottery game (also known as an instant lottery game). (3) Price. BONUS BOX BINGO lottery tickets sell for $3.00 per ticket. (4) BONUS BOX BINGO lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in machine readable code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under the latex area on the ticket. To be a valid winning BONUS BOX BINGO lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Emergency Rule 53ER23-20, Payment of Prizes. (5) Play symbols that may appear in the CALLER’S CARD play area: (6) Play symbols that may appear in the Player’s CARD play areas: (7) The legend is: (8) Determination of Prizewinners. (a) A ticket having a symbol in the CALLER’S CARD play area shall entitle the player to a $20 cash prize. (b) There are six (6) Player’s CARDS (CARD 1 through CARD 6). Each CARD is played separately. (c) Each Player CARD has a space in the center. The space can substitute for a number in a pattern of which it is a part. (d) A ticket having play symbols in the CALLER’S CARD play area that match all play symbols in a Player’s CARD to form one of the below patterns shall entitle the player to the prize shown for that Player CARD for the pattern completed: 1. a completed horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line, or 2. all four (4) corners, or 3. a completed “X” pattern (consisting of eight numbers and ). (e) Play symbols from one Player’s CARD cannot be used in any other Player’s CARD. (9) BONUS BOXes. Each of the six Player CARDs contains a green BONUS BOX, which is a 3 x 3 square in the center of each CARD. The 3 x 3 square contains eight (8) play symbols plus the space. A ticket having play symbols in the CALLER’S CARD play area that match all eight play symbols in a BONUS BOX shall entitle the player to the prize designated for the BONUS BOX with respect to that Player’s CARD. The prizes for each Player’s CARD BONUS BOX are listed on the ticket back and are: CARD 1 - $9; CARD 2 - $15; CARD 3 - $30; CARD 4 - $75; CARD 5 - $150; and CARD 6 - $225. Play symbols from one Player’s CARD BONUS BOX cannot be used in any other Player’s CARD BONUS BOX; each BONUS BOX is play separately. (12) For reorders of Game Number 1617, the odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered. (13) Payment of prizes for BONUS BOX BINGO lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with the rule of the Florida Lottery governing payment of prizes.
