54A-1.014. Procedure

Unless otherwise provided for by these rules, the interlocal agreement used in forming the administration or model rules of organization, practice and procedure included in Chapters 28-1 through 28-8, F.A.C., Robert’s Rules of Order, as revised, shall rule.
