Payment of expenses.

All expenses incurred in carrying out ss. 243.50-243.77 are payable solely from funds provided under the authority of ss. 243.50-243.77, and the authority may not incur any liability or obligation beyond the extent to which moneys have been provided under ss. 243.50-243.77.
