Nonmoving traffic violations.

Any person who fails to comply with any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise provided commits a nonmoving traffic violation, punishable as provided in s. 318.18. History: s. 67, ch. 2002-295; s. 51, ch. 2005-164.
