Technical and support services.

The department shall establish certain technical and support programs to enable the county health departments and other public or private agencies to carry out the public health mission. These programs shall include, but not be limited to, laboratory, pharmacy, vital statistics, and emergency medical services. History: s. 44, ch. 91-297; s. 44, ch. 97-101.
