Uniform management information, accounting, and reporting systems for providers.

The department shall establish, for the purposes of control of costs: (1) A uniform management information system and fiscal accounting system for use by providers of community substance abuse and mental health services. (2) A uniform reporting system with uniform definitions and reporting categories.
