Alteration of time limits.

(1) Any time limitation in this act may be altered by the administrative law judge upon stipulation between the department and the applicant unless objected to by any party within 5 days after notice or for good cause shown by any party. (2) A comprehensive application encompassing more than one proposed transmission line may be good cause for alteration of time limits.
