403.7236 Local government information to be sent to the department.

Each county shall transmit the following information to the department, according to guidelines established under s. 403.7226: (1) A summary of the information gathered during its local hazardous waste management assessment; (2) Information gathered from each small quantity generator not notified or verified previously; and (3) Onsite information gathered from each existing small quantity generator verification.
