Alteration of time limits.

Any time limitation in ss. 403.9401-403.9425 may be altered by the administrative law judge upon stipulation between the department and the applicant unless objected to by any party within 5 days after notice or for good cause shown. History: s. 1, ch. 92-284; s. 179, ch. 96-410.
