Renewal of license.

(1) The department shall renew a license upon receipt of the renewal application, proof of completion of department-approved continuing education units during the current biennium, and the renewal fee, and in accordance with the other provisions of ss. 403.865-403.876. (2) The department shall adopt a procedure for the biennial renewal of licenses, including the requirements for continuing education.
