Penalties.

Any person who violates any provision of this law or any rule, regulation or order adopted or issued pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. History: s. 18, ch. 57-380; s. 325, ch. 71-136; s. 25, ch. 73-190.
