Violations; penalties.

Any person who willfully fails to submit information as required by ss. 377.601-377.608, or submits false information, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in ss. 775.082 and 775.083. History: s. 9, ch. 74-186; s. 2, ch. 78-25; s. 52, ch. 91-221.
