Rulemaking authority for professions not under a board.

The department may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the regulatory requirements of any profession within the department’s jurisdiction which does not have a statutorily authorized regulatory board. History: s. 136, ch. 99-251.
