In order to dispense controlled substances listed in Schedule II or Schedule III, as provided in s. 893.03, on or after July 1, 2012, a community pharmacy permittee must be permitted pursuant to this chapter, as amended by this act, and any rules adopted thereunder. History: s. 13, ch. 2011-141.
