Renewal of license.

(1) The department shall renew a license upon receipt of the renewal application and fee and upon proof of compliance with the continuing education requirements of s. 468.4337. (2) The department shall adopt rules establishing a procedure for the biennial renewal of licenses. History: s. 6, ch. 96-291.
