Application of general laws.

The general laws of this state with reference to the acquisition and enforcement of statutory liens shall be applicable to the lien created by ss. 589.13-589.16 insofar as the same may be consistent with and pertinent hereto. History: s. 5, ch. 17026, 1935; CGL 1936 Supp. 4151(10-x).
