Aiding and abetting.

Any person who aids, abets, counsels, or conspires to commit any of the acts described in s. 220.901 or s. 220.903 shall be subject to fine or imprisonment to the same extent as the perpetrator of such act. History: s. 19, ch. 71-359; s. 80, ch. 91-112.
