Rule 14. NOTATION OF ENCUMBRANCES

All encumbrances shall be set forth in detail in the final decree and not by reference to other documents. Encumbrances may be noted on transfer certificates of title by reference, only when the document referred to is on file in the office of the assistant registrar of the land court.
