Rule 66. CERTIFICATE OF CONVEYANCE REQUIRED

No document or instrument, on account of which a certificate of conveyance is required to be filed with the office of the director of taxation under HRS § 247-6, shall be accepted for recordation with the assistant registrar, unless the certificate has been duly filed.
